Use this checklist as a tool to help you plan your embroidery project. When ordering please indicate size, colour and position of embroidered design.

Artwork preferences

• Vector
• Adobe Illustrator
• CorelDraw
• Camera Ready (Remember garbage in – garbage out!)

Note: Fonts in vector artwork sent via email must be converted to curves to ensure exact font style. In the case of artwork to be recreated, a modest fee to cover our time and expenses will be charged.

Garment or Item Specifications
Please provide the following:

• Style, fabric, colour, finishes, lining material, etc.
• Picture of item, if possible.
• Mix of sizes (e.g. Youth vs. Adult)

• The more detailed information you provide regarding quantities, the more accurate our estimate will be.
• If your project has a deadline, please let us know.

• Please include pertinent contact information such as your name, address, phone / fax number, email etc. Also, identify the method you prefer we use when contacting you.
• We will provide a written quotation by email, fax or mail.
